Accounts Payable Technician - Remote Work

Accounts Payables Technician Status: Regular, Full time Location: Montréal, Quebec Is administration your field of interest, your passion? Permanent position - Full time (37.5h/week)

On-site - Possibility of telecommuting (1-2 days)

Be an accounts payable specialist

Ensure quality service

Verify, analyze, reconcile high volume accounts payable statements;

Support, validate and approve expense invoices and expense accounts;

Responsible for monitoring a portfolio of statements;

Make corrections (DM, CM) while ensuring sound reconciliation of supplier accounts;

Responsible for follow-up to lift Credit HOLDs;

Analysis and processing of level I and II exceptions;

Participation in and support of Accounts Payable department projects;

Ensure team training;

Responsible for drafting, revisions, task assistance, procedures;

Active participation in departmental continuous improvement;

Approval of new accounts payable;

Effective communication (Bilingual: French, English);

Ability and ease of computer navigation;

Proficiency in the following Excel functions (pivot tables and VLOOKUP).

Thoroughly follow processes and perform quality work;
