We’re looking for a Manager in Training (Part-Time → Growth Opportunity) to join our founding team and grow into a leadership role within the studio.

About the Role

This is more than a front desk position.

As a Manager in Training, you’ll learn every layer of the ONE8T experience: guest experience, operations, team leadership, studio flow, sales, and daily execution. You’ll work closely with leadership to help build the standard for Calgary’s first ONE8T location while preparing to step into a larger management role as the company grows.

You’ll be expected to lead by example, anticipate needs before they arise, and create a calm, elevated environment for both guests and team members.

You are the tone-setter. The problem solver. The steady presence in the room.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and lead the tone of the studio experience
• Guide new guests through the ONE8T nervous system training philosophy and modalities
• Support membership and package sales through education and connection
• Learn and assist with daily studio operations, reporting, inventory, and flow
• Help oversee suite standards: cleanliness, reset efficiency, organization, and ambiance
• Ensure all modalities are functional, prepared, and safe
• Support onboarding and leadership of future Studio Hosts
• Maintain brand standards across service, presentation, communication, and atmosphere
• Assist with social media content, community engagement, and studio growth initiatives
• Help troubleshoot operational challenges calmly and efficiently
• Become deeply knowledgeable in the ONE8T experience and customer journey

You’re a Fit If You…

• Have 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, sales, or leadership roles
• Naturally take initiative without needing constant direction
• Are grounded, composed, and highly detail-oriented
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Can balance hospitality, operations, and sales confidently
• Thrive in fast-moving startup environments
• Care deeply about wellness, routine, recovery, and personal growth
• Notice the details others miss: lighting, scent, sound, cleanliness, energy
• Are dependable, coachable, and interested in long-term growth opportunities
• Can work evenings and weekends (Saturday + Sunday required)
