Project Engineer - Land Development Specialist

Advance Ontario's communities as a Land Development Project Engineer. Lead teams on impactful projects while mentoring junior staff and managing client expectations in the development sector.
In this specialized role, you will guide engineering teams through the lifecycle of land development projects, focusing on innovative solutions and strategic partnership with clients. Your expertise will support effective navigation of regulatory approvals and enhance quality assurance practices across all deliverables, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of residential and commercial projects
• Mentor junior engineers and designers for skill development
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively
• Build relationships with clients and provide strategic guidance
• Drive regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives
Requirements:
• 6+ years experience in land development engineering
• Must possess P.Eng. in Ontario
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Background in project management and client relations
Contribute to community development through innovative engineering solutions and effective project coordination.
