Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their automotive needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and have a passion for helping customers.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to automotive services.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, processing orders, and providing product information.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services and products that meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and service histories.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and responding to customer requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English is highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
