The Position:

Our Club is currently looking for seasonal part-time Front-of-House Service Team Members to join our team. The employment term starts as early as April and concludes at the end of October 2025.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this important position is responsible for servicing guests in the Club's restaurant, as well as during special events, on-course and inside the Clubhouse. Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Provide exceptional table service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
• Take food & beverage orders accurately and process transactions using our POS system.
• Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with BC liquor laws (Serving It Right required).
• Stay up to date on menus, specials, and club events.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including the restaurant, clubhouse, and on-course locations.
• Support the Food & Beverage Management Team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food & beverage is an asset but not required.
• Valid Serving it Right Certificate (or willingness to obtain before start date).
• Bar experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
