Bilingual Client Services & Office Assistant

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week; schedule to be confirmed Languages: English and [Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, or Farsi] Senior Helpers Richmond is seeking a friendly, organized bilingual team member to help seniors and their families connect with our services and support daily office operations. Responsibilities * Respond to service inquiries in English and the selected language. * Collect initial inquiry details and maintain accurate records. * Follow up with families and communicate next steps. * Provide reception coverage, answer calls, and assist with office administration. * Review translated materials for clarity and accuracy, and flag corrections. Qualifications * Strong spoken and written English and proficiency in the selected language. * Clear, compassionate communication with seniors and families. * Good organization, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. * Customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred. Training will be provided on our services, intake procedures, and approved materials.
