Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present sushi and sashimi dishes to the highest standards. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality. Assist in ordering and managing inventory of fresh ingredients. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant kitchen experience. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques. Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
