Role Description:
We market and sell premium personal development programs and destination events. Your mission, should you chose to accept it, is to expand our customer base both nationally and internationally. Responsibilities include communication with potential clients and associates, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, team leadership, daily training and personal development. The right candidate will be highly self-motivated with the desire for achievement and contribution to society.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing and/or leadership
- The intention to be compensated based on performance (not hours at a desk)
- Highly coachable self starter with a positive mental attitude
- Have the goal to make 6 figures ++ a year
- Professional and personable communication style
- Strong communication skills (in writing, on the phone & with video conferencing)
- True willingness to change, integrate feedback, and consistently improve
