Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition North America

Collaborate closely with senior leaders to translate business goals into innovative talent strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional Talent Acquisition delivery and team management
- Translate global priorities into local operating plans and resources
- Coach and develop leaders for long-term success
- Monitor hiring demand and delivery risks
- Ensure alignment with legal and business requirements
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Proven leadership in multi-region environments
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting
- Experience in technology and process implementation
