Remote Account Development Manager Ontario

Drive growth in the healthcare sector as an Account Development Manager with MediSolution in Ontario. This remote role focuses on relationship management, client retention, and new business development. MediSolution seeks an experienced Account Development Manager to strengthen client partnerships and contribute to business growth. You will manage key client accounts and engage in proactive strategies to ensure retention and expand services. Successful candidates will bring strong communication and relationship-building skills to navigate a complex environment. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain client relationships as the main contact
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Lead account development activities with clients
Manage end-to-end RFP and RFI processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client success

Requirements:

2–3 years in account management or sales in healthcare
Proven success in exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management
