Investment Representative Client Service Associate
BMO
Support wealth management clients at BMO Nesbitt Burns using Investment Representative licensing, trade processing, and personalized service. Work directly with clients and Investment Advisors.
As a Client Service Associate, you will support an Investment Advisor team within BMO Private Wealth. Build client relationships while managing investment accounts, executing client-initiated trades, and supporting portfolio reviews. Your work connects clients with responsive service and broader Wealth solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Investment Advisors on daily advisory practice management
- Execute client-initiated trades by phone or in person
- Manage account openings, maintenance, transfers, and money movements
- Coordinate portfolio reviews, materials, scheduling, and follow-up
- Resolve client service, account, and technology-related issues
Requirements:
- Current Investment Representative licensing with CIRO
- Typically three to five years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of investment products and trade processing
- Understanding of wealth management regulatory requirements
- Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
