Product Manager, B2B Digital Platforms

Location: Richmond Hill, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our growing B2B Digital Print Platforms . As part of our Print Digital Product team, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how enterprise customers interact with our digital solutions while helping drive innovation, revenue growth, and exceptional customer experiences.

This is a highly visible opportunity for an experienced product leader who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence executive stakeholders, and help shape the future direction of a key strategic platform.

What You'll Do

Drive Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for B2B digital platforms.
• Translate business objectives, customer insights, and market opportunities into impactful product initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to gain stakeholder alignment and investment support.

Lead End-to-End Product Delivery

• Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the execution of complex, high-priority platform initiatives that support strategic business goals.
• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and operations teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously while balancing priorities, timelines, and business value.

Influence and Align Stakeholders

• Build strong partnerships across business, technology, and operational teams.
• Serve as the key connection between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Present product strategies, recommendations, and performance insights to leadership and executive audiences.
• Drive alignment and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

Use Data to Drive Results

• Establish and track key performance metrics to measure product success and business impact.
• Leverage data, analytics, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize investments.
• Continuously optimize products and user experiences to improve outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Foster Team Success

• Collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship where appropriate.
• Promote best practices in product management, agile delivery, and customer-centric decision-making.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products and platforms.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for complex technology solutions.
• Experience working with engineering teams and technical architecture to deliver scalable products.
• Demonstrated success managing stakeholders and influencing decision-making across multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience presenting to and engaging top executives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and product decisions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in B2B platforms, eCommerce, digital products, or retail technology environments.
• Exposure to enterprise customer solutions and large-scale platform initiatives.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar product management and agile delivery tools.
• Experience from diverse industries including retail, fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth technology organizations.

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond Hill, ON.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
