Reporting directly into our CEO of HelloFresh Canada, you will be a key strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team within the Canadian businessUnder the guidance of the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, identify and prioritise what needs to be built to set our Canadian organisation up for long-term success. Drive decision-making, program management, and initiative implementationWork across the organization both in the Canadian market and globally (specifically aligning with the North American platform) to clarify strategic information cascades, optimize cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our organisational design supports scaleOrganise and execute quarterly and annual strategic and business planning for the Canadian organisation, including leading the Canadian OKR process and supporting the CEO throughout the bi-annual budgeting processOversee critical corporate infrastructure, office footprint strategy, and real estate procurement;
establish governance and cross-functional accountability for major capital and construction projectsAct as Chair for the Canadian Broader Leadership Team (BLT), organising and leading regular meetings and driving the Canadian leadership agendaReview, design, and execute improvements to organisational structure;
find knowledge and skills gaps and help address themImprove existing processes and optimise organisational procedures for efficiency and productivityDevelop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projectsBe a champion of the HelloFresh DNA, living our values in all that you doAll other duties, as assignedSound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a highly analytical equivalent field7+ years experience working within and scaling a fast-growth business or consultancy in a progressively senior role, up to the management / director levelAn exceptional analyst and systems thinker: proficient in leveraging data architectures, workflow mapping, and process improvement frameworks to build compelling, data-driven answersYou are a highly adaptable, empathetic individual who enjoys working in a fast-moving, uncertain environmentYou lead by example in your organisation, where you are admired and respectedYou have a demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders in developing and executing strategies to drive business performance for a range of business unitsYou love food and want to be a key part of our mission to change the way people eat!Let’s cut to the cheese, this is why you'll love it here
