Bilingual EHS Account Coordinator RiskCheck

As a Bilingual EHS Account Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure efficient management of client accounts. Your responsibilities include maintaining client databases, onboarding new users, and monitoring compliance status using the RiskCheck Connect platform. With a commitment to supporting health and safety compliance, your role will have a significant impact on client organizations' EHS programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers with client account management
- Maintain databases with current client information
- Monitor compliance status and conduct trend analysis
- Oversee onboarding and training for new clients
- Address client inquiries related to assessments
- Post-secondary education in Health & Safety preferred
- Bilingual in French and English
- 3 years in client relations or portfolio management
- Experience with SharePoint preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
