Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager with extensive project management experience to oversee the successful delivery of IT services and technology solutions. The primary focus of this role will be managing projects end-to-end, from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements within agreed timeframes and budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, managing project teams and maintaining client relationships while ensuring adherence to delivery frameworks and continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage project teams to successfully deliver IT services and solutions according to business requirements.

- Oversee the full lifecycle delivery of B2B, B2C, and technology solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project delivery.

- Ensure the delivery framework is consistently applied across all project teams.

- Work closely with stakeholders and product owners to align project goals with business objectives.

- Implement mechanisms to monitor and manage delivery activities, addressing any risks or issues that arise.

- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for project deliveries and services.

- Provide transition support and lead change management efforts during project execution.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Create, review, and estimate costs and benefits for new business and technology initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in project management within a retail or e-commerce environment.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and how they align with business needs.

- Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle for delivering technology solutions.

- Knowledge of service delivery frameworks and service management principles.

- Experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning within projects.

- Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion.
