Hands-On Quality Cell Leader Role

Drive quality assurance and support production as a Quality Cell Leader in Kitchener. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in an injection molding setting. We are looking for a Quality Cell Leader through Grand River Personnel to uphold quality standards and production efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and training staff on procedure compliance. Strong manufacturing quality experience is a prerequisite for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Help oversee quality and production activities
- Act as a communication hub during shift changes
- Execute and verify inspections using measurement tools
- Promote and enforce health and safety policies
- Maintain accurate quality documentation
- Leadership experience within manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality systems and inspection techniques
- Skilled in using gauges and calipers
- Strong communication in English
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
