3C Contact Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Outbound Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Vaughan, Ontario!
We provide tailored inbound and outbound contact center solutions for a diverse range of companies across Canada and the United States. Our specialists are crucial to ensuring our clients' customers receive exceptional support via phone, email, or live chat.
What are we looking for?
3C is seeking seasoned and competitive Senior Outbound Sales Agents/Professionals to generate appointments through cold calling and warm leads. Our elite leadership team will provide you with the tools and support necessary for your success.
A successful senior representative must be personable, articulate, highly motivated, and persuasive. The role requires utilizing customer management software to manage and track contact results. You should have a disciplined and organized approach, using empathy and active listening to achieve optimal performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling on assigned warm and new potential leads
- Schedule patient appointments using a call script for various lead types
- Collect, record, and accurately maintain pertinent consumer information using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Handle returned inbound calls as needed after initial outbound contact
- Ensure quality service by adhering to organizational standard operating procedures
- Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment (conversion) quotas
- Stay updated with basic industry knowledge
- Collaborate with Patient-Facing Clinical staff and hearing care professionals
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and courtesy with patients, clients, and co-workers
- Contribute to the development and growth of the Contact Center by sharing ideas, assisting in related projects, and helping resolve problems or improve productivity
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven success and experience in outbound calling
- Minimum of 3 years call center experience or equivalent
- Demonstrated track record of consistently over-achieving quotas
- Strong phone presence with experience making over 150 calls per day
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Effective time management while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in handling objections and rejections
- Professional telephone etiquette skills
- Highly motivated with a keen willingness to be coached and mentored
- Superior problem-solving and organizational skills
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Proficient in order entry speed
- A collaborative team player
- Computer savvy
- Flexible schedule availability
- Passionate about success and self-sufficiency
