Account Payable Technician with Professional Growth

You’ll be responsible for vendor invoice entries, reconciliations, and assisting the Administration Department. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential, along with your ability to multitask and maintain high-quality work. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process vendor invoices in the system
• Reconcile accounts and verify vendor statements
• Generate, print, and mail checks to vendors
• Assist in bank deposits and prepare financial documents
• Support administration with various tasks

• Professional Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years of accounting experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• High attention to detail and strong planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
