SALES REPRESENTATIVE - (BUSINESS DEV SOFTWARE) Freelance Work from home

Our company is looking for a sales representative, web databases, for Western Canada. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative promotes our web products sold as annual subscriptions.

Our database informs on construction, investment and development projects in Canada before they are launched. It is a powerful business development tool for companies connected directly or indirectly to the construction industry. We mainly target medium and large companies.

This offer is for sellers wishing to start and pursue a career in an area where medium-term revenue opportunities are extremely high.

MAIN TASKS

Promote and sell a database updated daily on the web to provided prospects and by soliciting new customers.

Develop and maintain optimal business relationships with customers (manufacturers, distributors, contractors, contractors, architects, etc., all related to the construction industry)

Evaluate and establish prices and credit conditions.

Prepare service offers and sales contracts, so proper writing is required.

Hand over the orders to the sales coordination department and make the necessary arrangements to satisfy the customers.

Follow up with customers and solve problems related to the use of the product or service. Provide training to representatives and employees of customers. The representative aims to ensure an annual renewal with customers, which gives him a regular income.

Keep client records up to date. Document interactions with customers in a web administrative software.

Collect unpaid accounts. The representative will remain the company's only point of contact with clients from the beginning to the end.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Status: Freelance worker.

Work from home, regular and full time.

Travel is not mandatory, at the expense of the representative, but can sometimes and in some cases improve sales.

Territory: Canada

High commission rate + possibility of a payday ($ 250 / week) on services rendered. Annual subscriptions provide a constant income year after year with a high turnover rate. The potential income is very high.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to sell (close) mainly and for customer service.

Attitudes and professional behavior (teamwork skills, autonomy, dynamism, interpersonal skills, honesty, versatility, sense of initiative, sense of organization, etc.).

Excellent verbal and writing in English (working language with customers) and knowledge of French (language of communication with the employer).

Knowledge of the Construction industry (tendering and business development).

Skills for written and verbal communication.

Skills to use customer relationship management software, as well as basic Microsoft software, Word and Excel.

SCHOOL AND EXPERIENCE

A higher level of education is an asset, but not a requirement.
