Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Residential Sales : Conduct face-to-face interactions with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to promote and sell TELUS home services.
• Customer Engagement : Build strong, long-term relationships by acting as a trusted advisor for customers' home service needs.
• Tailored Solutions : Assess customer needs and recommend service packages that best suit their lifestyle and budget.
• Closing Sales : Address customer questions, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Follow-Up : Maintain communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional opportunities.
• Team Collaboration : Contribute to a positive team environment and take on leadership opportunities as you progress.

 

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience : Previous experience in direct or door-to-door sales is an asset.
• Strong Communication Skills : Comfortable engaging with customers and clearly presenting product benefits.
• Organized & Self-Motivated : Able to manage your time and work independently within a sales territory.
• Resilient & Adaptable : Thrive in a fast-paced setting with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Availability : Able to work Monday through Saturday.
