Power Platform Lead Engineer in Canada/USA

Become a key player at Manulife as a Lead Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Solutions Engineer. Work remotely in Canada or the USA and champion the Microsoft Power Platform's growth.
In this role, your primary focus will be educating diverse teams and ensuring compliance with architectural standards in Power Platform applications. You will conduct workshops, provide project guidance, and collaborate with architects to establish standardized practices in service delivery and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate teams in Power Platform development and security
• Support projects with architecture and design guidance
• Create standardized integration patterns for repeatability
• Work collaboratively to ensure governance of Power Platform
• Maintain a high level of service compliance and security
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in Cloud development
• 5+ years working with Power Platform as a developer
• 5+ years in a lead engineer or architecture position
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Power CLI
• Deep understanding of Dataverse and application security
