Strategic Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Join Wightman as a Strategic Vice President focusing on Sales and Marketing in Southwestern Ontario. Lead initiatives that drive revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction in a family-owned company.
You will be an integral part of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the President & CEO. This role requires you to develop effective sales strategies and establish KPIs while coaching teams to achieve sales excellence. Your focus on strategic relationships will help strengthen Wightman's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue generation across business and consumer services
• Develop pricing strategies to enhance profitability
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives and brand awareness
• Engage in community networks to represent Wightman
• Monitor trends and guide strategic decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in leadership
• Proven abilities in revenue growth and team development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
