The office is near the GTA/Toronto Pearson Airport area and offers free parking. Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, during standard business hours. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience; equivalent annual range of $55,000–$65,000. Term: Ongoing independent contractor position, with a preferred start date within two weeks or sooner. Operating in the competitive D2C beauty and wellness space, we place strong emphasis on brand positioning , visual quality, and customer trust. To support our continued growth, we need a steady flow of fresh, high-quality content that feels polished, current, and aligned with our premium brand image. Our team does not settle for the status quo; we consistently test, improve, and elevate the work we share with the world. For example, this may include editing creator-shot product videos into polished paid ads, refreshing social media captions to better reflect our premium tone, testing new content angles based on performance data, and turning customer testimonials or product education into engaging posts, emails, and landing page assets. We are seeking an ambitious, collaborative, and creative Marketing Support & Content Editor to join our Mississauga -based team. This role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on content execution with premium brand judgment, including video editing, social media planning, email content support, and creator outreach. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both internal team members and external partners across a wide range of fast-paced creative and marketing tasks. Key Responsibilities

• UGC & Influencer Video Editing: Transform raw creator footage into polished, high- performing video assets for paid ads, landing pages, and organic social media.
• Brand Positioning & Quality Control: Review visual assets, messaging, and overall presentation to ensure all content aligns with SureThik’s premium brand standards.
• Social Media Strategy & Planning: Support the planning, scheduling , and execution of social content calendars designed to strengthen brand awareness and drive growth across key channels .
• Creator Outreach: Identify, contact, and help recruit creators whose content style, audience, and presentation align with the SureThik brand.
• Klaviyo Email Marketing: Assist with drafting, formatting, and organizing customer email campaigns and content flows using Klaviyo.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal team members , web developers, agency partners, freelance creators , and other external collaborators to keep projects moving efficiently .

Position Requirements

• D2C or Premium Brand Mindset: Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual storytelling , and customer experience in e-commerce , beauty , wellness, or a related consumer category .
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to testing new ideas, improving content performance, and iterating based on results and feedback.
• Collaborative & Adaptable: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced Video Editing Skills: Proficiency with professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or comparable software.
• Social Media Experience: Experience planning, creating, and optimizing content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant digital channels.
• Email Marketing Competency: Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform for campaign creation, content formatting, and email flow support.
• Local Availability: Ability to work full-time hours and reliably attend the Mississauga office three days per week .
