Randstad Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a short-term contractual assignment. You will understand business and talent needs, create recruitment plans, and collaborate with local Talent Acquisition teams and Global partners on projects. The position requires full-cycle recruiting, candidate assessment, and recruitment reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers through recruitment processes
• Complete full-cycle recruitment for Home Office positions
• Create postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
• Evaluate candidates, complete references, and extend offers
• Analyze Applicant Tracking System metrics and report findings

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of full-service recruitment experience
• High-volume recruitment experience
• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• Recruitment technology and Applicant Tracking System knowledge
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
