Responsibilities
- Reconciling of deposits
- Record daily store non deposits
- Record fees for all bank accounts
- Reconciling of manual payments
- Uploading manual Bank Statements in Workday
- Reconciling bank accounts in Workday
- Update month to date spreadsheets and other pertinent documents
- Follow up on all outstanding issues
- Assist in issuing AP ACH/Wires as required
- Ordering replacement machines and deposit slips as required
- Assisting with stop pay requests and check inquiries
- Replying to incoming emails
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail oriented with proven analytical skills
- Full understanding of reconciliation process
- Self motivated, reliable
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or similar discipline would be an asset
- Workday experience would be an asset
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is currently working towards an accounting designation, and has 3+ years of experience in the accounting field.
