Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations at EY, combining solution design and client leadership across complex HR technology programs. Drive Employee Central Time delivery with confidence.
As a Manager in EY’s HR Technology practice, you will lead multi-stream implementations focused on Employee Central and Time Management. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions while guiding workshops, architecture decisions, configuration, migration, testing, and deployment. Your work connects HR processes with payroll, time tracking, and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on Employee Central and Time Management implementations
- Translate requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions
- Lead workshops and HR process optimization decisions
- Own solution design, configuration, migration, testing, and deployment
- Coordinate integrations with payroll and third-party systems
Requirements:
- Eight years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
- Three full-cycle Employee Central and Time implementations
- Employee Central certification
- Configuration, data migration, and integration proficiency
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
