Junior SAP FICO Administrator

Job Responsibility:

Tomlinson Group of Companies is seeking a Junior SAP FICO Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the business and assisting with project-related work. This role will report to and be mentored by experienced FICO resources.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO module (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
• Assist with the implementation of new projects and upgrades to existing systems.
• Maintain FICO master data to ensure consistency in reporting.
• Prepare documentation including business processes, procedures, and configuration and user guides.
• Create and execute test scripts to test system functionalities as well as security.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Assist with application development and configuration.
• Assist with the development of reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field (in-process acceptable).
• 1-2 years of experience in SAP FICO module.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, ETM, PS) is a plus.
