DMCL seeks two Managers for our expanding Private Enterprise practice. Your role will focus on guiding a diverse array of client projects while fostering a supportive environment for junior staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality client service from start to finish
• Coach junior team members and provide constructive feedback
• Build strong client relationships and manage complexities
• Support continuous improvement and efficiencies in processes
• Leverage relevant technology to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• CPA-certified with over 5 years in public practice
• Proficient in tax, compilations, and review engagements
• Experience with CaseWare and Taxprep software
• Excellent engagement management and coaching skills
• Enthusiastic about mentorship and team collaboration
