Senior Contracts Manager Woodfibre Lng Squamish

Take charge as a Senior Contracts Manager with Woodfibre LNG, overseeing contract management for an impactful LNG project in British Columbia. Leverage your extensive experience to drive contracting strategies and ensure compliance.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the execution and management of contracts with McDermott, the primary EPC Contractor. Your leadership will be crucial as you resolve contractual issues, maintain oversight of communications, and manage several major subcontracts. You will report directly to the Manager of EPC Contracts and Claims while providing essential support to the project management team.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement EPC contract strategies for LNG project
Manage EPC Contractor correspondence and change orders
Facilitate discussions with senior management and subcontractors
Collaborate with legal counsel on contract administration
Maintain oversight of all contractual communications
Requirements 15+ years in EPC contract organization
10+ years in EPC contracting administration
5+ years in supervisory role
Proven negotiation and leadership abilities
Robust verbal and written communication skills
