Deine Mission
Als Teamlead Closer (m/w/d) bei der Argumentorik Akademie startest du als Vertriebler und entwickelst dich perspektivisch in eine Führungsrolle.
Du führst hochwertige Sales-Gespräche und übernimmst gleichzeitig Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung für Prozesse, Qualität und Team-Performance im Closing.
Dein Ziel: nicht nur selbst closen – sondern ein Team auf Top-Niveau bringen.
Deine Aufgaben
Qualifizierung von Leads durch strukturierte Gespräche
Analyse von Bedarf, Situation und Entscheidungsreife
Terminierung und Vorbereitung von Sales-Gesprächen
Dokumentation und Pflege im CRM
Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Sales-Team
Optimierung von Gesprächsleitfäden
