Remote Partner Acquisition Manager at Vena

Vena

Drive partner growth and revenue as a Partner Acquisition Manager with Vena, working remotely across Canada. Shape a high-performance sales team and exceed partnership goals every day. This full-time role operates within Vena's North America Channels department, reporting to the Director of Partner Development. You will acquire, onboard, and empower Vena Partners, ensuring alignment with company goals to achieve ARR targets. Bring your SaaS sales experience and extraordinary interpersonal skills to foster valuable partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Target and solicit key prospective partners
Persuasively articulate the value of Vena partnerships
Onboard and enable partners to create new opportunities
Guide partners through initial enablement processes
Achieve partner growth, revenue, and quality objectives

Requirements:

3+ years developing partner or customer relationships in SaaS
5+ years of relevant high-performing sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to self-manage and execute action plans
