Être assistant-gérant chez Filgo, c'est jouer un rôle clé avec des responsabilités variées où chaque journée est unique. Nous propulsons ton autonomie, car on te fait confiance ! Ta mission : offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel tout en soutenant la gestion quotidienne des opérations du dépanneur.

Salaire : Salaire de base de 18,60 $/h + prime

Horaire : Variable (jour, soir et fin de semaine)

Des responsabilités qui donnent un élan à ton quotidien :

Service à la clientèle : accueillir et servir les clients, effectuer les transactions et proposer nos produits tels que nos programmes de fidélisation, offre supplémentaire à la caisse, etc.

Opérations du dépanneur : balancer les caisses, recevoir et placer la marchandise sur les tablettes, assurer la mise en marché, gérer les promotions et contribuer au développement des ventes du site.

Gestion des ressources humaines : intégrer et former les nouveaux employés, encadrer l'équipe et assurer un bon climat de travail.

Soutien à la gestion : veiller au bon fonctionnement des activités du dépanneur, assurer le respect des normes et appuyer le gérant dans diverses tâches administratives.

Entretien : maintenir les lieux propres, sécuritaires et accueillants.
