**Overview:**
We're looking to hire a Customer Support Coordinator for our fast growing solar power company where we specialize in the sale and support of off-grid, mobile and emergency backup solar power systems. This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. We are seeking a dedicated individual with exceptional communication skills to lead our customer care team.
This is a 100% work from home position with no daily commute. Our team of 10+ is all based around the Collingwood/Barrie, ON area and usually get together 1-2 times per year for a company workday and team dinner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle high volumes of inbound support phone calls and emails
- Lead the technical service team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, striving for swift resolution
- Lead team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
- Upsell products or services to existing customers when appropriate
**Skills:**
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and analysis to track customer interactions and feedback
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles - escalated support experience a bonus
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
