Il s'agit d'une position sur place à Mirabel. Tous les candidats doivent être en mesure de se présenter quotidiennement à l'emplacement.
Le candidat :
Planifier, élaborer et valider les instructions d'assemblage et d'essai à l'aide d'eCATES. Définir et valider l'équipement d'outillage et d'essai nécessaire pour assembler des modules d'essai et des moteurs conformes aux normes de qualité et d'ingénierie de P&WC. Maintenez les instructions générales du centre du moteur (ECGI). Instructions générales qui guident les assembleurs sur le travail standard. Prise en charge de la programmation CVIS et de la machine à plaques de données (ROFFIN). Soutenir la mise en œuvre et la programmation de TMS (système de mesure du couple). Participe à la détermination du PFMEAS et du RPN. Exige la citoyenneté canadienne ou un résident permanent.
Besoins du candidat :
Plus de 1 an d'expérience dans l'assemblage et la mise à l'essai de modules et de moteurs. Le baccalauréat dans une discipline d'ingénierie pertinente est préférable. Doit parler couramment le français. Ce poste est sur place à Mirabel.
About the Role:
Cyient Inc. has an immediate opening for a Process Planner to work with our Mechanical and Industrial Engineering team in Mirabel. Candidate should have knowledge in validating the tooling and test equipment necessary to assemble, test modules and engines conforming to Pratt & Whitney Canada quality and engineering standards.
This is an onsite position in Mirabel. All candidates must be able to report to the location daily.
Candidate Will:
- Plan, develop and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.
- Define and validate the tooling and test equipment necessary to assemble test modules and engines conforming to P&WC quality and engineering standards.
- Maintain the Engine Center General instructions (ECGI). General instructions that guide assemblers on standard work.
- Support CVIS and data plate machine (ROFFIN) programming.
- Support the implementation and programming of TMS (torque measuring system).
- Participates in PFMEAS and RPN determination.
Candidate Needs:
- 1+ years of experience in assembling and testing modules and engines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline is preferred or Mechanical Engineering Technicians
- Must speak fluent French.
- This position is onsite in Mirabel.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
