Financial Services Representative Toronto

CIBC

Deliver tailored financial guidance at CIBC’s Toronto Banking Centre, using client relations and investment knowledge in an on-site setting.

As a Financial Services Representative II, you’ll serve Personal and Business Banking clients at Toronto-Bloor & Runnymede. Build relationships, understand personal and business goals, and recommend suitable products and solutions. Your work includes cash management, credit, investments, wealth protection, and mobile banking support.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
Advise clients on financial solutions and forward-looking plans
Recommend products supporting clients’ financial goals
Develop relationships through marketing and outreach activities
Introduce mobile banking applications to clients

Requirements:

Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
One year working with clients and achieving sales results
Critical thinking and attention to detail
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres

Use financial services, client engagement, and investment planning expertise to support CIBC clients at Toronto-Bloor & Runnymede.
