Dynamic Director of Strategic Partnerships in Remote Payment Roles

Become a leader in strategic partnerships as a Director in a fully remote environment. Enhance B2B relationships while scaling referral programs and driving revenue for a growing payments provider. The ideal candidate will be a strategic sales leader deeply experienced in the payments industry. You will manage both external referral agents and resellers while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful partner outcomes. Your ability to foster relationships and enable partners will be paramount. Key Responsibilities:
- Scale the reseller and referral partnership program
- Recruit and support high-performing sales partners
- Develop and optimize the ISV program
- Contribute to a strategic ISV pipeline
- Manage negotiations for ISV partnerships
- 5+ years in B2B technology sales management
- 2+ years direct experience in payments
- Proven partnership management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Comfort with sales technology platforms
