Key Responsibilities:
• Provide counsel on HR-related legal matters
• Handle grievances and litigation effectively
• Oversee and coordinate with external legal experts
• Participate in negotiations and dispute resolution
• Develop and update HR policy documentation
Requirements:
• Active member of the Barreau du Québec
• 7 to 10 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Experience in aviation is an asset
• Strong judgment and negotiation skills
• Proficient in French and English
