Regional Life Insurance Sales Manager

Wawanesa

Drive Ontario life insurance sales for Wawanesa Life as a Regional Manager with broker development expertise in a hybrid North York setting.

This Regional Manager position focuses on executing the Annual Business Plan across the Eastern GTA. You will build broker relationships, promote Wawanesa Life, and manage territory activities against company objectives. Success requires life insurance knowledge, sales experience, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the Annual Business Plan
Achieve sales targets across the Ontario territory
Appoint, train, and develop broker relationships
Build new brokers meeting company standards
Provide quarterly sales activity and results feedback

Requirements:

Five-plus years of proven sales experience
Current Ontario life insurance license or licensing within ninety days
Knowledge of Wawanesa Life products, underwriting, and administration
Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
Valid driver’s license and regional travel availability
