Join BearCom as a Security Sales Executive, representing leading wireless safety solutions across North America. Leverage your video surveillance expertise to drive profitable revenue. This role focuses on business-to-business sales, targeting mid to large markets within your territory. You'll propose and negotiate security solutions, executing high-level strategies to develop new business opportunities. As part of a collaborative team, you will ensure installations align with customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Build robust client relationships in assigned territories
- Meet revenue growth targets for video solutions
- Design strategic plans for effective sales execution
- Work with branch teams to deliver solutions
- Track and manage funnel activity to meet KPIs
- Experience as a sales producer in video surveillance
- Minimum 5 years in business development
- Proven history of closing complex deals
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong project management abilities
