Compliance Manager for Affirm Card
Affirm
Lead compliance initiatives for the Affirm Card program with Affirm. Utilize your expertise to ensure regulatory adherence in marketing, onboarding, and servicing—mostly from a remote setting. Affirm is searching for a Compliance Manager to oversee compliance advisory specifically for the Affirm Card program. This role requires 8+ years in compliance within financial services and knowledge of EFTA and TILA regulations. You'll take ownership of compliance processes while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure all card features are compliant and effective. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end compliance advisory for Affirm Card program
- Review marketing and UX for regulatory compliance
- Lead root-cause analysis for compliance issues
- Partner with teams on regulatory exams and audits
- Maintain compliance training and reference materials
- 8+ years in compliance advisory within financial services
- Strong knowledge of EFTA and TILA regulations
- Experience with card network rules like Visa and Mastercard
- Proven ability to make risk-based decisions
- Excellent communication skills for complex regulatory matters
