Project Manager

Firepoint Inc is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing international team. If you excel at coordinating people, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment, this role could be a great fit for you.
**Work Model:** 100% Remote (Home Office)
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Toronto, ON)
**Language Requirement:** Intermediate to Advanced English (daily communication)
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* **Project Coordination**
Plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality standards are met.
* **Team Management**
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across departments.
* **Communication & Reporting**
Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, providing clear progress reports and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
* **Risk & Problem Management**
Identify potential risks, remove blockers, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
