Senior Business Systems Analyst Marketing
TD
Lead marketing technology requirements in downtown Toronto using SQL, Agile practices, and business process analysis. This role expects 80% office attendance.
As a Business Systems Analyst Specialist, you will connect Marketing and Technology stakeholders through documented, approved solution requirements. You will analyze data, support automation, and help shape AI-driven outcomes across Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Personalization, and related platforms. The position also includes mentoring colleagues in business systems analysis practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering for system enhancements
- Analyze data with business and quality engineering teams
- Translate processes into scalable solution requirements
- Support automation and AI-driven marketing outcomes
- Provide feedback and mentor analysis colleagues
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- Seven or more years of relevant experience
- Experience working in Agile
- SQL data analysis experience
- Marketing or business consulting experience preferred
