Who We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission‑based sales
- Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
- Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $120,000-$200,000 per year (Commission Based)
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Promote and sell new and pre‑owned vehicles with a customer‑first approach
- Explain vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Stay knowledgeable about automotive products, programs, and industry trends
- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow‑up
- Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long‑term customer relationships
