Café Nook : Barista + UGC Creator

We’re helping Café Nook find their next Barista + UGC Creator .

This is not your typical barista position. We’re representing Café Nook in the hiring process and looking for someone who can help create a great experience inside the café while also bringing that experience to life online.

You’ll be working front of house, preparing drinks, interacting with customers, and contributing to the day-to-day energy of the café. At the same time, you’ll help capture content, appear in videos when needed, and contribute ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and other creative projects.

What we’re looking for

Can make coffee look suspiciously photogenic

Can hold a milk pitcher and a phone without dropping either

Can survive a rush and still remember we need an Instagram Story

Comfortable talking to strangers without making it weird

Bonus points if your camera roll is already 90% food, coffee & random moments

Barista experience is great. Personality, creativity & willingness to learn are even better

Comfortable filming, appearing in, and helping develop simple content ideas for Instagram and TikTok

Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently when needed

The role

This is a hybrid Front of House + Content Creator position at Café Nook.

They’re not looking for someone to simply come in, make drinks, and go home. They want someone who enjoys being part of the personality of the café, has ideas, notices interesting moments, and wants the opportunity to be creative while working.

You don’t need to be a professional content creator or filmmaker. What matters most is that you’re comfortable trying things, learning, and contributing.

Points bonus si votre galerie photo est déjà composée à 90 % de nourriture, café et moments random

L’expérience comme barista est un plus. La personnalité, la créativité et l’envie d’apprendre comptent tout autant

À l’aise de filmer, d’apparaître dans du contenu et de proposer des idées simples pour Instagram et TikTok

Fiable, organisé·e et capable de travailler de façon autonome lorsque nécessaire

Le poste

Il s’agit d’un rôle hybride Service / Front of House + Création de contenu chez Café Nook.

L’objectif n’est pas simplement de venir faire des boissons et repartir. Café Nook cherche quelqu’un qui aime contribuer à l’énergie du café, qui remarque les petits moments intéressants et qui souhaite avoir l’occasion d’être créatif·ve dans son travail.

Pas besoin d’être créateur·rice de contenu professionnel·le ou cinéaste. Ce qui compte surtout, c’est d’être à l’aise d’essayer, d’apprendre et de contribuer.
