Responsibilities
- d.Develop and implement change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, training, and support activitie
- s.Create explicit, compelling communication materials such as emails, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, and intranet content to support change initiative
- s.Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to identify communication needs and ensure alignment on messagin
- g.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate change impacts and benefit
- s.Monitor and assess stakeholder feedback, readiness, and adoption, and adjust communication approaches as neede
- d.Support the development of training materials and coordinate training sessions as part of the change proces
- s.Track and report on change management and communication effectiveness, identifying areas for improvemen
- t.Champion change management best practices and foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvemen
- t.Incorporating development of communication assets, project management skills, slide/content development for major deliverables, and change management responsibilitie
