Analyst Role in Geochemical Lab
MSALABS
Become an integral part of MSALABS as an Analyst, handling geochemical samples essential for exploration and mining. Deliver quality results while adhering to scientific standards in a dynamic laboratory setting. This Analyst position involves processing customer samples and ensuring compliance with set standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for data approval, equipment monitoring, and effective communication within the team. Be prepared for site work and potential travel as needed to fulfill laboratory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data approval tasks as per SOPs
- Document and report any deviations to management
- Issue authorized Test Reports competently
- Monitor equipment performance and report deviations
- Practice professional housekeeping in the lab
- 0–3 years’ commercial lab experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in a scientific area
- Familiarity with LIMS software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle pressure
