You will coordinate emergency responses, ensuring efficiency and safety while overseeing various crews and subcontractors. Your leadership is crucial in mentoring staff and conducting safety meetings, while maintaining transparency with clients and project managers. Your expertise will help clients recover swiftly and effectively from disasters. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of emergency response projects
• Conduct thorough inspections and manage psychrometric readings
• Mentor technicians while fostering a strong safety culture
• Communicate constantly with all project stakeholders
• Ensure quality control across all aspects of restoration

Requirements:

• 5+ years in restoration or related emergency industry
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity managing teams
• Knowledge of IICRC certifications and water remediation
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Forklift certification and valid driver’s license preferred
