As an all-round service engineer at Heat and Control, you ensure that our customers can operate their machines at peak performance. You’re responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and providing service for innovative Metaldetection machines directly at the customer’s location. You stay on top of everything and act quickly when needed.

Als allround servicemonteur bij Heat and Control zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten hun machines optimaal kunnen gebruiken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van storingen, onderhoud en het bieden van service aan innovatieve metaaldetectie machines bij de klant op locatie. Je houdt alles goed in de gaten en handelt snel wanneer dat nodig is.

Job Responsibilities Include | Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

You are responsible for the commissioning and installation of Metaldetection machines at our customers in the Benelux region.  
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inbedrijfstelling en installatie van Metaaldetectie machines bij onze klanten in de Benelux.

You train customers in operating these machines
Je traint klanten in het bedienen van deze machines.

You analyze and resolve malfunctions. 
Je analyseert en lost storingen op.

You perform annual validation, inspection, and/or certification of existing machines at customer sites. 
Je voert jaarlijkse validaties, inspecties en/of keuringen uit van bestaande machines bij klanten.

You maintain and provide service for innovative machines. 
Je onderhoudt en biedt service aan innovatieve machines.

You keep detailed reports of customer visits (you are precise in your administration). 
Je houdt gedetailleerde rapportages bij van klantbezoeken (je bent nauwkeurig in je administratie).

You work independently or as part of a team.
Je werkt zelfstandig of in teamverband.

You are willing to travel in the southern Netherlands and Belgium
Je ben bereid tot reizen in Nederland en België

Required Education and Experience | Opleiding en ervaring

You have a secondary vocational education (MBO) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field. 
Je hebt een MBO-opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting.

You have a flexible and loyal attitude, and stress resistant and communicative
Je hebt een flexibele en loyale instelling, stressbestendig en communicatief

You are service- and customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive. 
Je bent service- en klantgericht, enthousiast en proactief.

You have a good command of both Dutch and English. 
Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal goed.

You are skilled in both mechanical and electrical systems. 
Je hebt zowel mechanische als elektronische kennis.

You can work well both independently and as part of a team.
Je kunt goed zelfstandig én in teamverband werken.

You should preferably live in the southern part of the Netherlands
Je bent bij voorkeur woonachtig in het zuidelijk deel van Nederland
