About this Role

We are searching for a highly organized and detail oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of our social media channels.

Youll be the main driver in keeping our social engine running. This will entail content publishing athlete engagement athlete collaboration and managing all social activity for the Transparent Labs brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Publishing: Own the daily scheduling and posting of content across Instagram Facebook YouTube TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Athlete Collaboration Management: Coordinate and accept multiple scheduled athlete collaboration posts each week ensuring partnerships are seamlessly executed on our IG feed.
• Inbox & DM Management: Screen incoming Instagram DMs. Act as the first line of defense by vetting potential athletes/influencers and resolving quick customer service questions (or routing complex queries to our CS team).
• Comment Moderation: Actively monitor organic and paid comments across all social platforms addressing questions resolving complaints and maintaining a positive brand presence.
• Athlete Community Engagement: Engage directly with our athlete roster by liking commenting and resharing their content to our Instagram Stories to foster strong partner relationships.

• Social Media Experience: Entry-level experience with a strong understanding of how Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube and LinkedIn operate.
• Communication & Discretion: Strong written communication skills with the ability to professionally screen talent and assist customers in our brand voice.
• Passion for the Industry: A genuine interest in fitness nutrition and wellness.

Growth Path & Future Responsibilities:

• Social Media Copywriting: Expand your skill set into crafting captions and copy for social media assets across all active platforms.
• Project Management: Grow into preparing shooting briefs shotlists and slide decks for content shoots while keeping the social team on schedule for upcoming campaign deliverables.
