Dealership Receptionist

Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment. Dealership experience is an asset - but not a requirement, will provide training for the right candidate.
Duties - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette- Manage and distribute incoming calls- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing- Assisting service department with scheduling service appointments.- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft suite- Experience with office administrative tasks- Ability to type accurately and efficiently- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have availability midweek until 7:00pm & weekends until 6:00pm. Schedule may change - Flexibility is an asset. Full time hours will be available for the right candidate.
